The girls image used is a Whipper Snapper rubber stamp.
I colored them in with Gel Pens.
The friends rubber stamp is from a kit that I got from Annie's.
I embossed the dotted background paper with a Stars embossing print.
Added some lace around the edges of the card and added a couple of balloons.
