Welcome To The Neighborhood

I made this Welcome To The Neighborhood card for a new family that just moved in across the street from us.    Hoping to make friends with them, and that they will feel welcomed.    Everything is cut out with my Cricut Machine.   The pie is from the Cricut Cartridge From My Kitchen...The house is from the Cricut Cartridge Art Philopohy...and the words are from the Cricut Cartridge Artbooking.   I used 5 different pattern papers in all.

Colossians 3:14

I made this card using a hearts shape embossing folder from Darice for the background.
I used Our Daily Bread Canning Jars and Canning Jar Filler stamps...then used the Canning Jars Die Cut to cut it out.  I colored the candy hearts in with red, along with the lid of the jar...then tied a red and white twine bow around it.    I  used ODBD Antique Labels & Border Die Cut for the pink border on the top of the card.    I then used Spellbinders Fantastic Flourish Die Cut for the two pink florals on both sides of the jar.   I then typed out Colossians 3:14 and distressed around the edges of it and sponged on red ink around the edges also.

Celebrate

Made this birthday card using the Cricut Everyday Pop Up Cards cartridge (the cupcake)...and the Cricut Artbooking cartridge (the word Celebrate).
I sponged the background with pink ink.  The cupcake is in blue, with a patterned cupcake paper for the frosting and candles.   The party and happy birthday are chipboard stick ons.

include the color blue, two Cricut cuts, and one pattern paper.

In The Spotlight at H2H

This weeks challenge at Heart 2 Heart is called In the Spotlight.
Put someone or something in the spotlight!

I have never tried this techique before...but I had fun with it.

This is the card I made:

I used the CTMH "Sweet & Lovely" stamp set...which is one of the stamp sets included with the CTMH Artbooking Cartridge.   I stamped the flower heart stamp around the card in black ink, except for the center flower heart.  I stamped that in cranberry ink...then colored it in.   The frame around the the colored heart is cut out using the Artbooking Cartridge.    I also added a little black flower to it that is from the CTMH Fabric Necklace Kit.

Hello using Jewel Buggmee

Made this card using this adorable image from Lacy Sunshine called "Jewel June Bug Buggmee"
I colored her in Promarkers....and glitter for her outfit.
The background paper is actually gift wrap paper.
I added a gold rope bow to the upper left hand side of the image.....and then added four pearls (card candi) to the bottom right hand corner.

The challenge this week at Lacy Sunshine Challenge is Bingo:
I used the items diagonally - bow, glitter, card candi
