Shaving Cream Technique Hearts

Made this "Just Because" card using the shaving cream technique (the Just Because is a 3D stick on.)   I used a yellow cardstock for the base of my card...and after doing the shaving cream technique I cut one big heart and five small hearts out of my sheet.

The challenge this month at UnstampaBelles is called "Dare To Get Dirty" - and to take pictures a long the way.    So I did.....

This first picture shows the products I used:
I ended up just using the colors Crimson and Green.
Next - put the shaving cream into the plate:
Note: I did not have much shaving cream left in the can, so it came out a little more runny and had bubbles...but it still worked good.
Swirl it around:
Lay your cardstock on it and press it down:
Then take it off and wipe it down:
It's pretty messy:
This is what I ended up with:
I cut my hearts out of this.

Gift Bag Tag

Made this gift bag tag using Cricut's Tags, Bags, Boxes & More Cartridge.
I cut the main tag out using a patterned pink and red flower print.  The heart was cut out in red...and the little flower was cut using a red dotted print paper.
I stamped on Happy Valentine's Day and then added 3 little puffy stick on hearts to it.

I am entering this into:
use Red (Pink or White)

Birdbrain Birthday

Made this birthday card using this adorable image from From The Heart stamps...it's called Birthday Candle Birdbrain.  The birthday saying is also from the same set.   This is the free set that Faith gave for the February Stamp of the Month Challenge.  If you play along the month before, she gives you this set free.    I colored it in with Promarkers...then trimmed around the edges with a wavy craft scissors.   I layered it on a plaid patterned paper.  I also used the same wavy craft scissors to trip around the saying...then I sponged on  buttercup ink around it.  I also added three pearl flowers to the corners.

Love Canvas Bag

Made this canvas bag using an iron on sticker of  Pooh hugging a bear...stick on hearts and little flower vases that say "Love" & "Sweet".   I also added Colossians 3:14 "Above all,...." to it.  Which I typed out and sponged red ink around the edges.
