She Love 2 Art Class - Lesson 4

I am taking an Art Class through His Kingdom Come that is taught by Tara McGuire - Her Blessed Designs.    This is a 10 lesson workshop.  The main focus of  She Loves 2 is to create and gain knowledge of how much God loves and cherishes you!

This lesson is called Wonderfully Created
Here is what I created for it.
The yellow and blue background was done with Watercolor Paints.  Then I used a stencil to apply the orange part of it, which was done using spray ink.   Tara provided the template of the girl and the words in the bottom right corner.  I hand wrote on the Wonderfully Created, and the Psalm 139:13 is a clear sticker.   I then sponged white paint all over it.

Here is what I created for it.
The background was made using spray inks, allowing some of it to drip down.
The white bird is a stencil, then I applied stick on butterflies and some more little birds.  I drew on the heart and the Scripture verse.    God loves all of His creation and desires and cherishes us!

Last Page of my First Journal

Today I completed the last page of my first Journal that I started back in August of 2014.
Here is the page I made:
I painted the background with different colors of paint.  Then I used stencils from Her Blessed Designs - both the All Things & the women on her knees praising the Lord.
I used a brick foam stamp that I had made...then I wrote in words that seem to always try to get us down in life.  Then I wrote When life knocks you down - Look Up.

Here is another page I made using the same stencil set:

Scrapping Everyday Miracles February Challenge

It's a new challenge at Scrapping Everyday Miracles
This month's Scripture Theme is:
Deuteronomy 6:5
Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

Here is what I made for it:
I made a journal page.  The background was made using several colors of paint. I hand wrote on the words and the heart.  You can't really tell, but I used liquid glass over the heart.  I then stamped on different foam stamps that I made, and also used some bubble wrap.

Hope you will come on over to Scrapping Everyday Miracles and play along with us!
